Tayvin Knight’s photography uses a single frame to tell an entire story, leaving the viewer to indulge their imagination. His illustrated look has a feel of altered reality as every detail helps to tell a story. Working at AMS as a Director of Photography, Tayvin focuses on commercial work, high definition motion and still photography. In debuting his recent work in February, Tayvin’s unique blend of photography and artistry has already caused a stir in the photography world and has earned him national recognition.

His art direction, photography, and editorial skills earned him a finalist spot in Rangefinder’s ‘Fresh Faces’ competition and well-received recognition from other organizations such as Canson Infinity and Adobe.

Studying the effects of his work, Tayvin is ready to use his talents in the commercial realm.

“It’s all about telling the story in a way where every element enhances the viewer experience and plays a part in the main message” says Tayvin. “Photography is my passion. Nothing means more to me than creating a work of art that has purpose, especially when people appreciate it.”

Graduating with a masters from the London Film School, Tayvin Knight has found a creative environment at AMS Pictures where he can thrive and share his vision with others. As Tayvin puts it, “You must love what you do if you want to do it well.”
